All Sexy Gamer Gear Merch orders are fulfilled by a 3rd party and ship separately from Sexy Gamer Gear Shaker Cups and Tubs. You will receive separate tracking links for any Sexy Gamer Gear Merch items in your orders.

PREORDERS: Any orders containing a PREORDER item will be held (except merch items) until all items from that order are in stock and available to ship at one time. Please be conscious of projected preorder fulfillment timeframes indicated on the product page of each individual Sexy Gamer Gear product.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the return package must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of purchase. The return must include the unopened/unused product, all original packaging, and the invoice which was included in the original shipment.  The product must have been purchased directly from SexyGamerGear.com.  The refund will then be issued (less shipping and handling). We reserves the right to deny a return/exchange at any time.

You must email us at support@sexygamergear.com and speak to a representative about your return before sending back your package in order to discuss eligibility.
